These weekly guided meditations offer a series of simple body-mind meditation practices for realizing your most subtle, fundamental dimension of consciousness as a body experience of self. They are a blend of Realization Process® (Judith Blackstone) and Whole-Being-Embrace™ meditation practices.

Whole-Being-Embrace™ involves refining your senses and attuning to a body experience of the nondual ground of being, then exposing your deepest emotional injuries to this experience. With practice, your injuries are pervaded by the unified ground of being and gain a broader perspective that offers more choice and freedom from the sabotaging habits of mind and body. (None of the chakra meditations here are from the Chakra workshop.)

Every instruction is only a practice suggestion to help refine the senses. Do the practices at a pace and in a way that works best for you. ..... ALWAYS pause the recording to take time to deepen whenever needed.
