These weekly mediations offer a series of simple body-mind practices for realizing your most subtle, fundamental dimension of consciousness as a body experience of self. They are a blend of Realization Process (Judith Blackstone) and Whole Being Embrace practice from my method of attuning to a body experience of the nondual ground of  being together with your deepes emotional injuries. In practice you progressively integrate your whole-self (dual & nondual) and become free from the sabotaging habits of mind and body related to depression, anxiety, frustration, or confusion.

Every instruction is only a practice suggestion to help refine the senses. Do the practices at a pace and in a way that works best for you.
