Spending a weekend in Zeb’s workshop was an experience I won’t forget. This wasn’t just another spiritual or philosophical deep dive—it was a direct encounter with some of the most profound aspects of being human. We explored the nature of impermanence, the fabric of time, the interplay between devotion and spaciousness, and the paradox of holding both grief and joy at once—all as part of what Zeb calls the Whole Being Embrace.

 

The meditations he guided us through were so exquisitely crafted they are hard to describe. More than just practices, they were living, breathing experiences that reached into the deepest, often unspoken places within us—the place that has never been injured, that has always been timeless and whole, and that has limitless capacity for all of us, especially for our wounded parts.

 

Many times throughout the weekend, I touched into a reality where devotion and non-duality were no longer in opposition, where love wasn’t diminished by impermanence but somehow deepened by it. And I wasn’t alone in this.

 

I witnessed others move through their own profound experiences in a space where depth was palpable, where people weren’t just learning but directly encountering something real within themselves.  How refreshing—to be held in such container where healing and realization unfold so naturally.

 

Zeb has a rare gift for compassionately guiding people into direct experience, making the intangible tangible, the ineffable felt.    

 

If you have the opportunity to work with Zeb Lancaster, take it. His presence, wisdom, and depth of teaching make this work invaluable. I leave this weekend with a greater sense of peace, a deeper understanding of myself, and an embodied experience of something beyond words—something I know will stay with me.
