These weekly mediations offer a series of simple body-mind practices for realizing your most subtle, fundamental dimension of consciousness as a body experience of self. The Realization Process is a unique approach to embodied spiritual awakening developed by Judith Blackstone. The Whole Being Embrace practice involves attuning to a body experience of the primary ground of your being and also the fears that underlie your protective defenses. In practice you progressively embrace your whole being and become free from the sabotaging habits of mind and body related to depression, anxiety, frustration, or confusion.
