Embodied Nondual Meditation Yoga practice is a means of personal transformation and spiritual, nondual awakening.
I draw upon the "Realization Process," a series of simple meditative exercises for realizing your most subtle, fundamental dimension of consciousness as a body experience. The Realization Process is a unique approach to embodied spiritual awakening developed by Judith Blackstone, PhD. As you attune to the primary ground of your being as a body experience, you progressively become free from the habits of mind and body related to depression, anxiety, frustration, and confusion.

I also draw upon a self-affirming, life-energy awakening meditative practice drawn from the book I wrote with Candace Cave, BodyMind Boundaries for Beginners. I guide you through a series of meditative-type practices that support and embodied experience of emotional autonomy and authenticity in relationship.
These meditations guide you to establish a body awareness of your unique sense of self that occupies a personal space. Determining the creation of the space and negotiating it's relationship with everything else addresses the heart of our attachment injuries and our life in relationship. From here we explore body and mind options to help us maintain inner support when facing difficult situations, with challenging people, and even during overwhelming emotions.
